How is SnapCLOUD administered?

SnapCLOUD administration is primarily performed over HTTP/HTTPS through the web UI, which is accessible by default through the internet at the globally resolvable name (vmname.cloudapp.net) or through the internal IP on the virtual network, if available. Many SnapCLOUD features can also be administered through SSH or Snap Server Manager, but Initial Setup must first be completed in the web UI by an administrator. Any administrative user (member of admingrp) can administer the server through the web UI or SSH, but a newly-created VM can only be administered by the user specified when creating it. This user can be created with either a password or SSH key, but a password is required for administration in the web UI and to complete initial setup.
